The Scullery

Food & Drink

If you’re looking for a warm and welcoming, contemporary space to dine with your nearest and dearest or somewhere to impress clients, then step into The Scullery.

You’ll find no stuffy menus or strict dress codes here, just delicious food and drink, ready for you to tuck into. The Scullery celebrates Scottish fare, with dishes created using the finest Scottish ingredients tied in with our own produce, including homegrown pork, peas and strawberries, all farmed within a stone’s throw of the resort.

The space is unlike anywhere else in Dundee or Angus. Our naturally inspired interiors create a cosy and comfortable atmosphere. When you walk in, you are greeted by a bold colour palate, luxurious booth seating, quirky elm wood river tables and a statement wine cellar. With Waterside views, it’s the perfect place to watch the world go by. Laid-back and light-filled during the day, then cosy and intimate by night.

You can sit centre stage on our elm wood Feasting Table, which features vivid blue resin running throughout the centre, to represent the Scottish riverscape. Whether you’re toasting to a celebration or just planning a big catch up with friends, it’s the perfect spot to relax, raise a glass and enjoy a feast. Our Feasting Table can sit up to 14 guests.
